You get 30 days to return your item from the date of delivery. If it doesn’t fit, it breaks or you’ve simply changed your mind, send it back and we’ll happily honor you a replacement or refund.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time. If you cancel the order within 24 hours, we will process the refund within 5 business days, and you will get a confirmation email that a refund has been processed.
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

If your refund is approved, then your request will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Within 5 business days, of receiving your returned item(s), we will email you with the approval or denial of your refund.
If the refund was denied, the email will include why the refund was denied.
If your refund is approved you will get a confirmation email that a refund has been processed.
HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
Refunds will be given back to the same payment method used where the original purchase was made.
You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable tax paid.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show on your credit card account after the refund was processed.
If you haven’t received a refund within the 5 days, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You have 5 business days upon receipt of the order to notify us about the damage or the incorrect item(s) received. If 5 business days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any items that are received damaged or are incorrect are qualified for an exchange only, we can’t offer refunds for these types of issues.
Send us an email to email@example.com stating your concern and attach pictures and/or a videos of the item(s) showing the damage or the incorrect item(s) received.
Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or videos within 5 business days of receiving the email, to confirmed before we issue a replacement. Customer will also have to return the damage or incorrect item(s) in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.
-Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.
-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
-Only one code can be used on a purchase.
-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
